After discovering the dead washed up whale on an isolated beach on the island of Tinian, our crew of faculty and students from Saipan Island assess the possibility of actually completing the project.
Northern Marianas College faculty from the Science and Fine Arts departments teamed up to recover the bones from a 35 foot Bryde's whale that had washed ashore on the Island of Tinian.

Really cool. It was a great idea to collect the whale bones for educational purposes. It's sad that the project has stalled, but perhaps there is still hope. The project may still find a successful ending.m
